Because of this new diet I am experiencing trouble with going to the bathroom. There is the TMI. I tell you this because last night I was finally able to go. I know, you really needed to know that. But, while I was in the bathroom upstairs I hear this banging and wild laughter coming from the kitchen which is almost below me. I am in no position to get up and check so I hollar for the kids - who were happily watching a movie when I left them. Nobody came....nobody came....I yelled again and Gabe appeared to tell me that Luke and Johnny had just thrown chocolate soy milk, half a gallon of skim milk and water all over the kitchen and the dining room. WHY?!?!?! The banging I was hearing was apparantly them slipping, falling and sliding into the cabinets and fridge etc. It was so much fun they kept doing it. Then when I told Gabe to get a towel out of the dryer and PLEASE start wiping it up, he took that to mean get out the mop, a small tupperware container, fill it with water and handsoap and try to mop up the mess. Spill the container full of water, mop it up and then watch as Jonathan drinks it. Needless to say,, when I got there they were in huge trouble. My mom was coming to take everyone to dinner and only Gabe was allowed to go. I had three screamers - Caitlin turned out not to be the innocent bystander she claimed to be in this mess - and a huge mess to clean.
That was my night. How was yours?
Sounds great, when can they come over and clean my house?
Oh my goodness!!! Glad you were able to go to the bathroom even though it cost you a lot to go be by yourself!
Good for you for not letting them go to dinner! Poor Gabe, he was trying to help! I'm glad he got to go to dinner.....he deserved it!
Isn't it sad though that we get punished when they don't behave. You could have had a nice quiet evening to yourself or gone and talked to an adult for a while. Ryan always gets in more trouble when I get punished too. Well I hope your plumbing is working better now and you are more comfortable. I hope you have a wonderful day!!

It kinda makes you smile a little though doesn't it, seeing the kids going sliding across the floor. Sorry Amanda, if it wasn't your kids you'd think it was funny too. Think about it, pictures Lura's kids doing it. Funny hunh?
