    i love corn on the cob! but my new veggie love is eggplant. especially fried, but good on the grill, too.

    and cauliflower, and broccoli, and carrots, and tomatoes, and squash. oh, and carrots and celery. i had carrots for breakfast today since we were all out of cereal.
